Yoga for a Cause
We're pleased to announce our next community service project and it's one that you can literally have a hand (better yet 2 hands) in!
We will be hand tying fleece blankets to donate to Project Linus . We've got all the materials and think this project would make for a GREAT mother-daughter hangout so we'd love to invite you to our first
Yoga for a Cause Workshop!
This 2 hour workshop includes fun poses and games in our aerial yoga hammocks, time to craft a blanket with your daughter for a worthy cause, a gentle relaxation cocooned in your hammock, and some of our favorite herbal tea to help you leave relaxed and refreshed.
Sunday November 3, 3:00 - 5:00 pm
(for kids aged 7 - 13)
Past Service Projects
Treehouse Child Advocacy Center
Our first service project began with transitioning our trial classes with a nominal fee to donation based classes. No, those donations don't go into Christine's vacation fund! They go to an amazing organization that helps children in our community.
During our spring and fall trials, we collected donations from a number of families who came to fly with us. (Thanks for your support!) Those funds were used to stock the pantry at the Treehouse Child Advocacy Center in September 2019. We were able to fill an entire cart with juice boxes, water bottles, fruit snacks, crackers, popcorn, and more! Be sure to visit the Treehouse's website to see the amazing services they provide to children in our community!
